About your Washtenaw County mobile notary & wedding officiant
On My Way Michigan was built on a simple belief: important moments in life should never feel out of reach. Whether you’re signing vital documents, saying “I do,” or navigating the kind of paperwork that keeps life moving, you deserve service that’s professional, approachable, and truly human.
I started this work in 2023 after seeing how much a kind, patient notary could change someone’s day—especially for seniors, disabled folks, and anyone shut out by a system that often forgets accessibility. What began as supporting older adults in Ypsilanti has grown into a mission to make notarization and officiant services more inclusive, affordable, and stress-free across Michigan and beyond.
Today, On My Way Michigan offers:
-
Mobile and virtual notarizations (yes, we meet you at your kitchen table, hospital bedside, or online wherever you are).
-
Apostille and document translation services to simplify international paperwork.
-
“Simple weddings” for couples who just want to make it legal, celebrate in their own style, or know they’ll be respected for who they are.
-
Partnerships with trusted professionals like Jarvis & Strauss for estate planning that welcomes all families.

Marriage rights aren’t equal until all families are recognized—disabled, LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and beyond.
On My Way Michigan is here to honor every love and every signature.

Accessibility is at the heart of it all. That means adaptive tools for signing, electronic options for those who prefer them, and pricing designed to meet people where they are. Thanks to community support through our newsletter subscriptions, we even offer sliding-scale services so cost doesn’t stand in the way of getting things done.
This work is about more than paperwork—it’s about care. Every signature, ceremony, or translation is another chance to create access, protect rights, and cut through stress with clarity and respect.
And because equity is non-negotiable: I’m proud to serve LGBTQIA+ couples, to advocate for disabled clients, and to push for a future where every kind of family has the freedom to celebrate and secure their rights. Unfortunately, those rights are not yet offered to all in our community. Discrimination continues when disabled folks risk losing their support systems if they marry, and when polyamorous or non-monogamous marriages are denied recognition under the law. Until then, you can count on me to show up with professionalism, respect, and a smile.
On My Way Michigan isn’t just a service. It’s a neighbor who makes the process lighter, clearer, and more possible—wherever life takes you.
