Your signer will need a stable internet connection.
If your internet connection is spotty, it causes problems. At best, it just won't work. At worst, it comes across as AI glitches and your account may be flagged for fraud.
We don't want that!
If you're not sure about your internet connection, we can do a trial run of the appointment before committing to a time. Or if we decide it's just not working mid-appointment, we can reschedule. However, rescheduling can cause delays in real estate deals, so we usually do our best to make it work.
